Workshop Description:

We all know that moving is good for us. Moving well is even better. In fact, poor movement habits repeated often, and over time, can cause us injury and aches and pain. In this two-hour workshop, you will discover how to move your body in every plane of motion easily, intelligently, and without pain. Practicing how to move with intelligence is like Goldilocks and the Three Bears: you will be looking for movement that is not too much and not too little, rather just right for you. From that discovery, you will start to reduce or eliminate pain and you will increase your confidence, your mobility, your stability, and your endurance. Your posture will improve and you will move better in everyday life.
